This page allows users of the GRID application to request deletion of their account and related personal data.
GRID is an attendance application developed by PT Geometri Indonesia. The application may collect employee name, attendance selfie photo, GPS location during attendance, attendance date and time, and account login data for attendance verification purposes.
Request Account Deletion
Please enter the email and password registered in the GRID application to submit your account deletion request.
Important: After your request is verified and processed, your account, attendance records, selfie photos, and location data related to the account may be permanently deleted or anonymized.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After a valid deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the user account, including:
- User account data.
- Employee name linked to the account.
- Attendance selfie photos.
- GPS location data collected during attendance.
- Attendance history linked to the user account.
- Login and authentication data related to the user account.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained if required for legal, audit, administrative, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
